Learn all the lessons covered in Evel8'd 101 and create a meal from the menu options or choose a theme night focusing on a regional global cuisine. 
Participants learn easy ways to adopt a healthier lifestyle and prepare a delicious meal as a team.  Not only is this a team rapport building session, but participants will leave with skills and tools to support them in their wellness journey.
