Healthy eating isn't just about diet. It's a journey towards embracing a holistic lifestyle.

That lifestyle begins with learning how to prepare nutritious meals that the whole family will love.

The following is a sample outline that will give you an idea of how your plan might be structured.

Session 1: Assess

Your initial 1 hour lesson will be a thorough assessment of your health history and your future goals.  We will discuss where you are now, your concerns, lifestyle habits and what you would like to achieve.  Knowing your goals and discussing expectations will help us develop a personalized plan. You will gain an understanding of the coaching process and immediate suggestions will be offered to start you on your path to improved wellness.

Session 2: Plan

In this 1 hour session you will learn the fundamentals of wellness and holistic living. We will develop a plan based on your goals. Some of the topics we will cover will be:

  • Daily holistic rituals to start your day. ​

  • The anti-inflammatory, immunity boosting lifestyle and lowering your risk for disease.

  • The importance of proper digestion and gut health.

  • The whole plate. Protein, fiber and healthy fats.

  • How to have a high quality pantry and incorporate the freshest ingredients into your meals.

Session 3: Strategize

This session focuses on food shopping and meal planning, but also provides guidance on faster meal preparation. Suggestions will be offered on equipping your kitchen with handy tools, so that you are always easily able to whip up a healthy, delicious meal. Some of the topics we will cover:​

  • Meal rotation, preparation efficiency

  • Storing hacks to save money and cut back on waste.

  • Cooking tools and cookware.

  • Deconstructing cravings and having a healthier approach to snacking.

  • Where to find inspiration and recipes.

Session 4: Execute

This session focuses on culinary skills. We will create a challenging meal together which you will choose from the many menu options offered. We will now focus on how to efficiently execute upscale recipes in your kitchen.

  • Recipe interpretation

  • Preparation tools and skills
  • Cooking Methodology... sautéing, boiling, baking, roasting and more.

  • Knife skills

  • Meal presentation
