About Melissa
My journey into holistic health began in my early 40s, shaped by years of unresolved digestive and skin issues. When both of my children were diagnosed with gluten intolerance at a young age, I felt a deep responsibility to better understand the root causes—both theirs and my own. This sparked a years-long exploration involving numerous visits to mainstream doctors, yet answers remained elusive.
Everything changed when I began working with a functional medicine doctor who finally uncovered the underlying issues: I had two autoimmune conditions—Celiac disease and Hashimoto’s—as well as a severe candida overgrowth that had disrupted my gut flora and triggered persistent skin problems.

Guided by this new insight, I began a transformative healing journey rooted in nutrition, mindfulness, and balance. My desire to restore my own health and protect my children’s future led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became a certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. There, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle strategies, and coaching techniques from some of the world’s leading experts in health and wellness.

Today, my health—and the health of my family—has been profoundly transformed. With more than 15 years of experience working with clients, I bring deep expertise in holistic nutrition, preventive health, and sustainable behavior change. I help individuals create meaningful lifestyle shifts that result in lasting improvements to their well-being.
Empowering others to take charge of their health continues to be one of the most rewarding aspects of my life’s work.
